Who We Are
We are a small family business with a passion for cooking. Inspired by the same name, 𝘐𝘯𝘢𝘨𝘢𝘸𝘢 ( 稲川 ) was a small bar in Japan, ran by our founder's Japanese family back in the 1950s. Growing up with a fond recollection of the place, he decided to relive the memory by giving the business an identical name.
Fast forward to over twenty years later, he found his passion for hibachi cooking. With an extensive list of previous employers, including 𝘉𝘦𝘯𝘪𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘢, he finally decided to deliver the experience in a distinct approach. We are bringing this compelling experience to you, in your own backyard, and with the comfort of your own companies.
Our chef who goes by Al Pacino, also has a long list of experience including being a hand actor in Panda Express' commercial and the most recent one being the hibachi chef in Lucy Pet's dinner roll dog food commercial.
Our Services
We specialize in private hibachi/teppanyaki catering services. Our highly skilled and trained chef will perform entertaining cooking tricks, and prepare the food to your liking right before your eyes. We are also vegan/vegetarian friendly! Let us know about your dietary restriction prior to booking, and we will do our best to accommodate it. Give us a chance to meet your party needs, and you won't be disappointed!
