Q: What comes with the service?
A: Fun! Lots of fun! But, fun aside, we will provide the flat iron grill, the ingredients, the tables set up, and the dinnerware. So you just sit back and relax!
Q: When should I make reservation?
A: Reservation is recommended at least 7 days prior to the event. However, should any particular circumstances arise, we are available up to 3 days prior, under certain exceptions.
Q: Is there a minimum order requirement?
A: Yes, we do require a minimum of 10 persons order, with a minimum invoice of $750 before taxes and travel fees for events held on Mondays-Thursdays, and $950 for events held on Fridays-Sundays.
Q: How do I reserve a date?
A: We require a deposit in the amount of $30 per person, and it is non-refundable should you decide to cancel your event. It will go toward the balance that is due immediately after the service has been rendered.
Q: Can I add or modify my order once it's sent?
A: We will try our best to accommodate additional order, although we are unable to cancel an order since we do not stock frozen items. Please note, since our protein comes from a third party vendor, there might be an additional fee should you choose to add a last minute order. This fee is imposed by our vendor, and ranges between $10-$30.
Q: Can I provide my own ingredients?
A: Unfortunately as of right now, we don't allow customer's self supplied ingredients due to health regulation.
